No. All workouts are stored locally on the Apple Watch, so the app works completely offline.
After finishing a race, your workout is automatically saved in the Apple Fitness app. There you can review heart rate, pace and other workout metrics.
Due to Apple Health workout type limitations, pace and distance metrics may appear in station segments. Running metrics are accurate during running segments.
No. Hybrid Sentry does not collect or store personal training data on external servers. All workout information stays on your device and inside Apple Health. Additionally, your simulations are saved in iCloud as a backup.
Hybrid Sentry saves your race as a workout in Apple Fitness. Because of current Apple Fitness limitations, pace and distance may appear during the entire workout timeline when a session includes running segments.
This means Apple Fitness can show pace or distance during stations such as SkiErg or sled push. In Hybrid Sentry, pace and distance are only accurate during run segments. This behavior comes from how Apple Fitness processes workouts and cannot currently be changed by the app.
